I made this chocolate, 5-inch cake for a friend of mine who only ever got to see my cakes on-line. The opportunity came up where I could see her in person, so I jumped at the chance to make her her own little cake. The rose is made from gumpaste.


He shoots, he scores!

Made for a local youth hockey team, to celebrate their team's final win and the end of their years together. The boys are now older and will be moving on. The cake is chocolate with buttercream and raspberry filling, and chocolate buttercream and fondant icing. The hockey stick and logo are made from fondant.
