Merlin #1

In ancient days there was a certain very powerful enchanter known to men as Merlin the Wise: and he gave good counsel unto King Arthur.

Media: Head and hands of Super Sculpey, on a wire armature with a cloth body. He has painted blue eyes, and a beard and hair of white mohair. His robes are of fine brocades, tattered and dirtied at the edges, since he would have worn them through forest and glen, over hill and dale, living in them day and night with never a wash.

Props: Magical staff of twisted reed with a glass marble held in place at the top with sculpted filigree. He has a dagger, and a bag of magical objects tied to the sash around his waist.

Height: 46 cm (18")
