Ophelia

"There's rosemary, that's for remembrance: and there is pansies. That's for thoughts. There's fennel for you, and columbines: there's some for you; and here's some for me…." The tragic Ophelia goes mad after being spurned by her beloved Hamlet.

Media: Head, hands and feet of Super Sculpey, on a wire armature, with a cloth body. Long blonde mohair tied with silk ribbons and flowers. She wears a lace-edged ruffled slip, and a colourful brocade skirt, both dirty from being dragged through the mud. She wears a cream blouse, and a cream brocade bodice.

Props: She holds a bouquet of flowers, and flower garlands are draped over her shoulders.
