In this workshop students will journey into the world of Fairies.
Using Mariannes technique, they will create a 9 inch fairy figure by wiring the armature, adding foil and clay to make a fully sculpted figure. A driftwood base will also be provided for the fairy to sit on to create a fantasy setting. Instructions will be available for making the clothes, along with some wing designs. Students will be taught basic fairy anatomy and by the end of two days will have a fully sculpted, unbaked fairy, ready to take home, bake, paint, and dress.
